Hello InnerPeace, this is an issue with TLS.

If you go into your Internet Options, into the advanced area, and enable TLS 1.0, it should allow you to connect to ManiaPlanet 3 frozen again. Just be sure to turn off TLS 1.0 when you're done, as it's outdated and a possibly security risk.

It would be nice if we updated things to work with the newer standard. This issue is also affecting account creation in TMNF, for example.
