Order wrong? First activate virt. env, then goto project(manage.py)

ah o.k. - thank you, so it´s a parallel thing. With 2 command-windows. I understand. I prefer 1 cmd-window, and so i have to change the directory(but first activate the env). Then change to my project-folder.

the account created on the player page should only be filled in the dedicated_cfg.txt

in the <masterserver_account> -section?
