Plugin "chat" Pyplanet

I would like to install the "chat" plugin on pyplanet
I don't know how to do it, could you help me.

I dont know which ''chat-plugin" you are referring to but normally you add a plugin which is called an app in PyPlanet, after installation in the file "apps.py".
