[Request] Scale tool Gizmo always fully visible

Hi,
The way the Scale tool gizmo can be partially hidden by surrounding geometry often drives me crazy... It happens when you scale a mesh part and you must then get the camera inside the geometry in hope to find your handle and be able to grab it (but then being unable to see what scaling you're doing...). And that's when the geometry allows you to do so, because in many cases you just can't find the handle, due to too small geometry for the camera focal. Grr...

Please, make the Scale Gizmo always fully visible, above whatever the surrounding geometry be.
