I think so, there would be no big deal of exchanging 2xbeta2 for 1xbeta1 if you couldn't :p

because of lag, I couldn't get within 5 minutes of the key-times
I got exactly ONE post in the flood, despite having hit 'submit' at least 500 times

and it took me 19 posts to realize the lotto was 1-post max, so there is a 0% chance of me winning a key.
