but yeah i totally agree to that. maniaplanet is kind of "new beginning" and a newer chance for a bigger field of communities (Race, RPG, FPS). just imagine how many players it could be after some years? with 3 games like TM Forever was ... OMG!
back to the maintopic:
after i played Trackmania (since 2004 released trackmania) for 6 years, the first thing i thinking of, when i hear the word "mania", is clearly creativity and kind of creating something. whether it's a mod, whteher its a (car-)skin, whether its a new map/track or anything likel that ... and i am absolutely sure, that NADEO team will also think on this path (whether only 20% agreed ^^). thats why i am sure, SM (not sado maso ^^) will increase like TMU and even Forever did...
