WTF i wrote all info and it redirected to another queue is it normal?

So, I finally get through the queue and then I don't have PayPal as payment option, only the 3 credit card options... I refreshed the site and now I'm in queue again :S

P.S. My friend managed to get it via PayPal this morning, got the key and already played. Now I'm extremely jealous XD

Just got it on UbiStore, had PayPal as well

Got the key right after PayPal purchase, it showed in browser as well as download link.

You can find it under Browse Games >> Sports

It's not on the US ubishop, and you can't get to the EU one without a proxy :-/
