So weird It's not the first class to be loaded so it doesn't seem to be php config issue...

Can you check that the file giving this error is correct ? (no extra char in front of <?php)
Or try to replace it with this one (which is supposed to be the same but maybe there was a problem during your unzip process): http://manialive.googlecode.com/svn/tru ... Config.php
