The title says it all. In Stadium, if your car got dirty, after a long enough time back on the asphalt, it would be restored to its shiny pristine condition. Can we get something similar in Canyon? Or is it already there and I'm just an idiot?

I don't see a point why car should auto-wash itself... But I think it should get washed when it dips into water

I've managed to get out of the water. You need to have the lowest tunnel entrance and then drive in the bottom of the tunnel. You must have uphills in the tunnel to get high enough to be able to get on road when coming out of the tunnel.
Even if the car got clan in the water it would be completely dented and dirty after all that.

I have a magic key which sends my car back to track. It's called respawn (return by default)

I like it this way. It feels like you continue same run you started, not getting a new one. I always like my crushed and dirty car better
