Doublepost after reboot, not even that is fixing it, deleted everything. Full delete of maniaplanet, but nothing works for me...

Are you able to join your friends/see them online, load manialinks, etc. etc.?
What are you able to do correctly?

And do you run a server at your current PC? Ports?

Can only see friends and servers without MLEPP probably, online, can't click manialinks either...
And no, I'm not running a server, no specific ports opened for TM2

This is due to your port of your modem. You need to open the port on your modem (especially port 3450) !
Allow ManiaPlanet in the firewall of Windows and disable it.

Your antivirus is disable too when you launch the game ? (Which antivirus ?)

Which windows have you got ? Vista ? Seven ? XP ?
