Problems with motion blur

Don't know if im the only one here...
I set everything as high as possible, i check that motion blur is on (before open the game and also ingame), i set the anchor on the ghost replay and i press bmp. I set the usual settings but when i press OK, it doesn't take the screen :/
If i remove the motion blur option (on the bmp settings), i can take the screen, but obviously without motion blur.

Can someone help me pls?

What do you mean by "doesn't take the screen"? Not to say you're impatient, but adding motion blur (at least for me) -radically- increases the time necessary to make a screenshot--is it possible you're just being impatient?

Beside that, you post here in the false forum, better you post this in the Beta forum as Bug Report.

well i didn't posted it there, because who say that's a bug?

If its not a bug but a feature, than they will say you that. For me it sounds like a bug, when this is not working for you but for others. A bug must not be on all PCs. ^^

Sounds like a bug, but whilst you have this problem, have you ever thought of launching maniaplanet through steam? There's an easy F12-screenshot feature and upload to cloud there. Similarly you can use Fraps (and now EVGA precision I believe) until this bug is fixed.
