[Canyon Block] More flexibility with placement

Could you please make it so:

* You can place arena blocks in canyon 12 areas

* You can make canyon 12 blocks above ground level

* Connecting pillars between blocks OPTIONAL

* Either wider desert roads or more car control

* Possibly more terrafroming options so you can have pieces of track going through holes in rock such as arena or racetrack parts.

That's all I can think of for now.
