It probably does this due to me having a Latvian IP, however, I don't speak Russian, and I'm not going to fill out a credit card form in a language I don't understand or through a web proxy.

It's a pretty despicable practice in general to base website language on IP, not browser language preference which is designed for this purpose, but there aren't even any options provided to switch it back to English.
