Trackmania Canyon - payment could not succeed

First off I like Tm2 a lot, I enjoy the new gameplay and it's a lot of fun.
But here's my problem:


I decided to buy Tm2, and since it took 2 / 3 days to transfer money to Paypal (only resource to buy the game for me), I decided to let a friend help out with paying through Paypal, so I could play even earlier.
I got the game at 20-08-2011
3 days (23-08-2011) later he decided to buy the game aswell, with the same Paypal account that he used to provide me the game.

I had been playing Tm2 for 5/6 days (26-08-2011), and after that I got an email saying:

"We would like to inform you that ManiaPlanet e-shop has put a verification process linked to the payment step of your purchase into effect in order to fight fraud and protect the cardholder (or the holder of any other e-commerce payment form) from any wrongdoing.

Your order n°******* underwent that verification process and could not succeed. The payment was automatically cancelled and no funds will be withdrawn from your account. As a result, you won't receive your order."

A day or 2 later I couldn't play anymore ( my friend got the same issue now ) , I could login but I got this message saying:

"Key invalid"

So now my key has been found invalid, and I cant play any Tm2 anymore, neither did I (and my friend) get the money back, what is up with that?
I've found another topic concerning this, but that topic has been closed, and the only solution was to sent an email to "Cerovan" with

- My CD Key
- Email used to purchase the game
- Order ID

I've pm'd him and sent an email, but no reply in (already) 6 days now.

Could someone help me out?

it's possible Cerovan doesn't receive your PM. Please send him an another.

As the mail said, there was an issue with your payment and GamesPlanet has cancelled and refunded your order. As you have been refunded, your game key has been deactivated and you have to contact the GamesPlanet support (support.maniaplanet.en@gamesplanet.com) to know why your payment has been refused.

Then you'll be able to rebuy the game on this store (or you can buy the game on the UbiShop if you can).

The problem is, the payment hasn't been refunded.
Many others have had the same problem, and still not received their money back.

Btw, I cant send an email with the information they require, because I haven't paid the game, but a friend of mine did.
He used my email-address (without gifting), and then used his own Paypal account to buy the game.
