Hey everyone,
I have a very frustrating problem with MediaTracker. Yesterday I worked on the outro of a track. Before that I had tested the track (you know where you push the little flag icon in the track editor to validate the track) and had set a time of about 2 minutes. When I then edited the outro the MediaTracker automatically used the ghost of my 2 minute run to work with.
Today I wanted to complete my work on the outro and loaded the track again. However, in the MediaTracker the ghost doesn't appear anymore. Which means I can't work on the outro because all the cameras that look at the car now look in the middle of nowhere because they don't have a target anymore.
When testing/validating the track I can still see my 2 minute ghost from yesterday though ...
Any ideas how I get the ghost back into the MediaTracker?

Check your Autosaves folder. Just might be in there.TheMagician wrote:Hey everyone,

Re: Ghost Disappeared from Outro-Editor
There are two folders which may potentially hold the ghost data that I need:
personal files\replays\autosaves and
personal files\replays\MediaTrackerGhosts
However, when I try to import ghosts from either directory into the MediaTracker (using "import ghost") I get an error message: "Unable to import ghost data" (or something like that - the error message is in German).

Did you save the track under another name? This is a TM1 bug.

Indeed, I did save the track under a different name. Well it's a shame that this old bug still persists.
My solution was to validate the track again. That ghost was then also available in the MediaTracker.
