Re: Install problems
Mine just freezes and you have to use taskmanager to close it.TMarc wrote:If you have anti virus software running, it has to check the files, this is why your system is freezing for some while.
Or does it never respond again?
Check hard disk drive access lights and cpu usage...
Re: Install problems
I have the same problem, it's the installer that freezes, not the computer: my CPU usage is around 30% and physical memory at 35%, just 2 apps with "not responding" - 'Setup' and 'Setup - ManiaPlanet'. I will leave it for an hour or so when I have dinner but don't suppose it'll unfreeze.
Re: Install problems
I got no anti virus software, the CPU is normal for installing a program but the hard drive light is not doing anything ( I'm not sure if it works with an SSD)TMarc wrote:If you have anti virus software running, it has to check the files, this is why your system is freezing for some while.

Re: Install problems
Disabled antivirus and downloaded again through the downloader. It's freezing even earlier in the installer.
Re: Install problems
I have heard from other people that they have the same problem. Something wrong with the uploaded file?

Re: Install problems
Some people wrote that using download manager fails.
I think too many people are trying to download actually, and this might cause issues.
Either try alternative download methods or waint a few days...

Re: Install problems
I downloaded through internet explorer and it seemed to have worked. The filesize is 1,152,041kb.
Re: [TM2] Install problems
