offline update patch needed

it's very difficult for those players in third world countries (like me in China) to update automatic after the game start.
I trid 3rd times to update the beta, every 20 or 30 mins it's failed because of poor internet connection in China...

I hope there're offline patches after the full game lanuch if there're patches...

I need help with this as well, I've had about 10 failed attempts to install the HD textures and bandwidth in New Zealand isn't unlimited like it is in most of Europe so it's costing me more than the price of the game just to try to download it!
