In game painter

When I open up any car including the ones that came with game they are all jumbled up and look nothing like picture of the car before i open it up. anybody else having this issue? I am also playing game with administrator permisions
How do you take a screen capture so i can post a pick of what im seeing? Print screen is not working in the game editor

You need to set texture quality to high to see the skins correctly in the painter.

This hasn't been fixed yet? It doesn't freak out in game--which lends credence to the theory that it's a bug.
