I also have trouble with the setup. It stucks on extracting TMCanyon.pak.

I too have a problem with install. Downloader version stucks at TMcanyon_HD.zip and one I downloaded with browser doesn't go beyond TMCanyon.pak.

Hi, thanks for the PM.

I'm having real problems with this install however - I've followed the instructions in the PM but the file fails to extract, saying file is corrupt after a long extraction process...please help me (I've replied to the PM but have not recieved an answer yet!)

I wish I never bothered with this purchase now, as it is proving to be more hassle than it's worth - I've downloaded the same file multiple times with different browsers and each time the file fails to extract. I've turned off anti virus in case that is interfering in some way, but it doesn't help.

I'm close to demanding a refund, but have no idea who to contact or what process to go through to claim that...and it's probably a lot more complicated than if I'd just bought it in a shop!!

Please help, I really want to play this game, but am very close to giving up

I can't run the game either. I got a link, i installed it, I click "play" but still nothing happens. I bought many games in my life but this is something I've never seen...

Any suggestions?
