Problem with connection to MasterServer.

Never in my life have I played a game on the PC that hasn't had downtime with servers atleast once.

It happens, find something to do for a few hours while they fix it, it's no biggie.

But seriously, it takes incredibly long.
Within my company downtime of 1 hour means penalty.

U need a Newsticker on Top of the board.

Important information:
The master servers are down, we are working on the problem.
(This news will be turned off when the problem is resolved)

Something like that.

Or a Topic over all, what the users can only read.

Thats the best way to inform the Users.
and no one has 2 use the search function. because u are informing them in a fix topic

after reading these amusing posts about the game being down, yes it is annoying but have you ever thought that its down for a reason. What you really think nadeo thought " hey lets take their money and close the game " why don't you all be paitent and let them do what the need to do.

Instead of writting dumb post regarding total BS.

You really think they don't care about all of their players, they want all of us playing their games and if that means doing matience or a major update than so be it.

I'm not QQ'ing that the server is down, I'm annoyed at the DRM

We're not annoyed by the downtime, but how long it takes... and there is no explanation why.

Something like 'We had a trouble and need to recover the database' or 'there is hardware issue that needs to be solved, ETA xx' would definitely help.

I am convinced that Nadeo is doing everything to be back online as quickly as possible.

Players should be informed directly, here in the forum
without having to search for information.
