[Maps] Offical maps by users

Or an awesome thing could be, to get a startrack campaigne on a regular basis? So that every player is allowed to upload X maps on a specific site/manialink and then there will be a vote over a specific time periode and the best maps will be presented to nadeo, which then pick the suitable ones and maybe integreate them to the offical map pack?

Just a few thoughts atm.
