Problem with connection to MasterServer.

Really sorry for this!

First we had a blackout in the area, the team continued to work but two hours later, one online server went down and made the maniaplanet ones not responding. It happened just after our local power relay was out so we moved to another place to work and put the server on. In many years, we did not experienced offline time for so long many times, maybe one or two. It is linked to the use of new technology, so I expect this to stabilize with time going on.

Just wondering: that sounds like the servers are not running at a datacenter (but I have ofc no idea how you guys managed it). Isn't it better to move the servers to a datacenter (with multiple power feeds) to ensure that they stay online?

But regardless of what I said above, maybe after all are nailed down, can we ask for about 5000 planets for each one like little gift due issue? =)

I'm just a bit disappointed that the Master Server isn't called Master Controller. That would've been swell.

To all the staff at Nadeo thanks for doing your best in resolving these problems once it was explained what the problem was everyone could understand clearly the problems that you were facing in getting everything working again.

However in case something should happen like this again if it is all humanly possible could you post a notification somewhere so that it is obvious so that we all can see straight away that something has happened, most of us can understand that at times this is not possible however and we all know that you are doing your best.

Lets hope we all can learn from this and get on with the most important part and that is playing the game online with people from around the world and having fun

The servers seem to be online now, but i cant play!

The game says im already logged in from a different computer!

Try to disable your antivirus and firewall.

both are disabled I think it may be an update issue? I havnt updated this PC since the beta just says internal error
