Full Triple Screen Support

The game's great and can run in three monitors (I'm using eyefinity @ 5760x1080). The racing part is fine (cars and 3D world), but the menus are stretched three times wider than normal. It'd be awesome if there was a small fix to let the menu stay centered on the middle monitor when the game detects an extreme aspect ratio.
