[TM2]For the love of... Retard installer.

Post by Cayenne »

I told the fucking installer to install the game to my D: drive. My C: dive is fairly small and i use it as system only. Yet the game is installed to C:\ProgramData\ManiaPlanet, something i realized now when my computer notified that i had 50 MB of space left on my C: drive.

What gives?

You can choose your other folder when you install the game.

Wow, that is the second most retarded thing i have seen lately.

So when the installer asks me where i want to put what can only be assumed to be the GAME it only puts like 50 MB of shortcuts in the specified folder and then asks you if you want to put 'common' filed somewhere else. And the 'common' files are the actual game.

I assumed common files where the likes of tracks and cars. Wow, If you ask where to put the game. Put the fucking game in the folder you are told. if your idea of common is the fucking game then call it GAME or Trackmania not common.

And you have to put it in a different place then "Maniaplanet". Now this is rapidly approaching the most retarded thing i have seen lately.

The only retarded thing I can see is your attitude.
- The game installs where you tell it.
- All the data files are installed at a location of your choice.
- All of the personal data files are stored at a location of your choice.

What the hell is your problem ? Is it that you can't tell apart the maniaplanet platform and the TM2 game data? Even if, it shouldn't be too hard to figure out what is what and even afterwards, you can move the folders around.
