Custom Skins Not Loading (Silver Cars)

Every game atleast 50% of the cars are silver all game. I understand this is a bug and its because the custom skins dont load. Does anyone know when it will be fixed? Thanks

Because 90% of the skins don't have locators attached to them. And they're likely not going to be uploaded to Maniapark, because the upload restrictions are much tighter this time around... So you may just be stuck with silver skins unless you have amazingly fast nets.
