Can no longer play online, only offline play availible

I bought 2 copies of this game 3 days ago, one for me and one for my girlfriend. I have been playing a couple of hours each day without problems and so have my girlfriend. But today when I log in I can not click either solo play nor multiplayer. at first I thought the server was down so I waited 1 hour but I still cant play online so my gf logged in on her comp which is next to me and she can play online. So why cant I? I have not changed any settings or anything that might have screwed up my connection.

Can you try this.

Check your host file in windows (You can find his location here : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hosts_file)

Then put this file in editable mode (right click on this file => uncheck the hut read-only).
You need to remove these ligns (if it appears)

I tried what u said, but that didnt work, there were no such lines in my hosts file.

Update. I tried to log in with my account on my girlfriends computer and it was the same problem there, I cant click soloplay or multiplayer. So my girlfriend logged in with her account on my computer and she could play online, so there seems to be something wrong with my account.

It has been several hours now and I still cant play online. Im getting frustrated and embarresed since I convinvinced 2 friends of mine to buy the game and we were supposed to play all day long (today friday) Why dont u just fix this? its obviously not anything I can do at my end. I know I could just buy another copy to play, but why should I? I have already paid for this account so why dont u fix it? I have bought every trackmania game released and have never had a problem. This makes me so fucking sad and dissapointed.

Could you try to open a command prompt (on windows StartMenu, run "cmd")
And then type "ping mp04.maniaplanet.com" then return.

And post a screengrab of the result.

I've checked the concerned accounts :

Your game keys has been cancelled by your reseller (gamesplanet/metaboli). Probably due to fraud suspicion. If you think they are mistaken, please report to them directly. (It seems they have strong safety policies concerning multiple purchases, which may raise false positives ).

Edit : there was also a bug on our side, causing people to be able to launch the game with a revoked key, without solo or multiplayer (only for a few days). Now if your key is revoked, it should not be able to login at all.
