If you have this issue, please contact the GamesPlanet Support, your key has been deactivated. It was for a potential fraud issue or an issue with your bank/payment issue. To resolve this situation contact them as soon as possible.

Sorry for the disagrement.
Why the hell is so many key's deactivated? And how can this problem be cd-key-related, as I've not used it yet?

Would have been good if I was notified of this "protection" a week ago.

This is the answer I got on my e-mail:

"Hello,

Your account and your activation key have not been cancelled by our service so it must be a technical problem.

Please contact back Nadeo."

Right now I seriously LOVE Nadeo! This stuff is awesome <3

I'm starting to get really pissed of now. It shouldn't be necessary to go through all this for a game that you've paid for?

Interesting that you got a reply - when did you email them? I sent an email 4 days ago and have not received a reply yet. Guess I should try again.

I sent the e-mail on Monday, and got my answer the day after. Sent a new mail to Nadeo yesterday, so hopefully I'll get my answer today.

Well I sent an email to support and got a reply saying my CD key is fine. I gave the game another try today and lo and behold, it actually logged in! So it seems to be working now. No idea what fixed it.

I sent an e-mail with all the information about what I had tried out, including tweaking the windows host-file. Then I got a replay from Nadeo, telling me to fix the host-file. Then I sent an e-mail (on the 28.09.11) where I said I already had done that, and I haven't got a reply yet.

EDIT: But now it actually seems like it's working.

I have the same issue. I bought the game in beta status, installed on the same PC (on two hard drive's two OS), but I didn't have all the time of the world to play it, just a few times a week.

Now that I'm back from my holiday, I can't run it.

I also sent an email to support, and will write back here as soon as I get an answer.

Damn.

(I got error 12002 message)

I 'just' bought this game yesterday. Played it a couple hours last night, played around making a car this morning and came back a couple hours later to get this error.. I just payed for this game not even 24 hours ago and my key gets de-activated.. Completely unacceptable. This is my first experience with NADEO and I have to say I'm not impressed. Just sent in an e-mail, I'm at least hoping for a quick resolution.
