[TM2] No multiplayer

Hi,

i saw some more topics about this but there not exact the same as mine problem.
The game starts perfect and i can play solo but when i press multiplayer it says:

Could not initialize the network

I tryed to shut down my firewall but nothing helped?
what to do?
