I love the time freeze at 2:08 (kind of remind me of the Rohan Charge from LotR xD)
And the "dolphins" at 2:50 are great too ^_^
Great video !!! As said earlier on this thread : you made A08 look its best, like, totally awesome...

My laptop recovered from all that work already

That turned out to be great, glad I'm among one of the fastest times.

Watched it.
This is a fun little project, well and quickly done. I'm surprised to see how good it looks despite the rushed production. Even more pleasantly surprised considering it all started with a joke by Fix. Good work overall Metoxys !
Now, considering the video alone standing by itself. Production is indeed rushed and it shows, the end result isn't triple-AAA quality. It looks like any 1K project without really standing out. The video is a bit long, cameras are mostly wide shots, and I don't really enjoy the overly-long intro and outros (although most shots look quite good).
I noticed also a few rendering bugs (probably not your fault Metoxys). First of all : the lower quality textures : your graphics card was short on memory and it clearly shows, the road texture lower quality is obvious on the shots with all cars. On a number of shots, the exposure jumps up and down, which I find annoying, there are also at least two shots where the level of detail suddenly changes (on the slow-mo close-ups) : you can see the car reflections turning on and off. I hope the NADEO team will watch it and correct these little bugs.
Fun project overall, but won't become a classic cult video.

Hey... if you are interested I can give you the replay with the 1104 cars inside it. And then you will try to open it with anything besides minimum possible settings.BlackShark wrote:I noticed also a few rendering bugs (probably not your fault Metoxys). I downloaded the package a few pages earlier. haven't opened it yet.
edit : argh !!! you merged the replays. That's annoying, it makes working with the replay impossible : you need the individual files to work in decent conditions. Do you still have the replays as individual files ?
