How to advertise my server?

Hello.
I am new to the game, and I run a dedicated server.
The problem is, it's almost empty. I noticed that there are more servers then players need. So too many servers stay empty or almost empty. Mine is no different.
And how would people come? if the server has 1 player active, it would appear on the second or even third page in the recommended server list, so people would prefer to connect to another server which has more players.
So are there any ways to advertise my server? by planets or something else, I am not familiar with the ManiaPlanet system yet.

Make it something different then the most servers,people dont need 100000 TA servers on the most awarded tracks on tmx

Because there are no servers yet for my country, but it seems that there are not many players too at my country. Couldn't know that before hosting.
Also I had the VPS already, didn't buy anything just for the game.
