I forgot to say that I have two accounts. One is ok, the other one can't get connected.

So, seems the problem could come :
- from local user config files (but you processed ea reinstall so...)
- or from serveurs and problems with accounts (probably this)

My error code is 10002.

I didn't have it delete any user data. Should I have deleted everything when I uninstalled?

Could be bettre to keep them I think.
In my opinion, the problem is on Nadeo servers. Could be great to get answers from them

As for my post above, there is an obvious typo.
All resolves are meant to be **.MANIAplanet.com, not mediaplanet.com of course.

I can confirm this is also not fixed for me.
I started getting the 12029 error yesterday evening and have just tried again this morning before work and I am still getting it.
