Can't connect to servers

Post by romitkin1 »

Hello.
I have a strange problem, I can't connect to around 90% of the servers.
When trying to connect to a server, I see the "loading please wait" screen for a long time, then "The match was interrupted, returning to menus".
After a lot of tries I find a server which I am able to connect to, then it works fine.
This doesn't have any logic because even ubisoft servers won't work, the servers that work are usually small servers with not so much players.

What I tried to do:
Forward ports 2350, 3450 in my router
Opening same ports in windows firewall
When it didn't help - turning off windows firewall

I don't have any other firewalls.

Well nothing helps.
Any ideas how to solve that problem?
Thank you.

It's possible the server can't upload you the map. What is your speed connection?

TMN = 30 kb the map
TM2 = 300 kb the map

It's possible the server are difficulty to upload the map with many people and it's a problem from the server.

And what's about the Ubisoft servers?
They should be fast enough, end even empty Ubi servers won't work!

I had similar issues initially and finally found out it was my firewall. Doublecheck your settings perhaps. Hopefully it's this simple :)
