The game starts automatically in multiplayer mode

Maybe this is a stupid question , but when I create a multiplayer game and waiting for the other players to join, the game automatically starts. So, when the other players finally enter, I have already won the race. Or I just have to wait, of course.

But shouldn't it be some kind of "Start when you are ready"?

Server issues: We get a lot of "Unable to connect to server". Are there still others with the same problem?

It is supposed to start when you create it,if you want to start when all players is in,just restart the map.
You have to open several ports if you want people not playing your network to join.

Server problem: I have created multiplayer game and others have joined, so I know it works. I have opened several ports in my router, but we stil get "Unable to connect to server". So why does it work one day, and the next day it doesn't work at all?
