Hot Seat Hood Removal

I'm playing this game as much online as I am offline at the moment. Playing with housemates that don't want to buy the game simply because they don't have the time or the computers to handle it.

I've noticed that when you play online you can chose 5 camera-angles, 3 of which are actually usefull when your racing. And as in the previous versions of TM we always use the in-car viewpoint. However, when I play online, I don't see the hood on the car, which is exactly how I want it. In the offline version of the viewpoint I see the hood, which is a huge distraction and isn't nearly as fun to play with, especially when you got hoods from the other players overlapping yours, making it harder to chose when to turn etc. as the other hoods start turning before or after you press any buttons, and is just a part of the HUD that is really not needed when playing.

I haven't found a way to remove this myself, so I'd very much like an option to do so, or if possible, that you could remove it completely. This would greatly improve the gameplay in my opinion.
