it is related to your internet address (IP). Did you have a bluescreen or other kind of abnormal termination before shutting down your PC last evening?
in worst case you will have to wait ~1 day, then try again.

It's because the last time you disconnect on your computer you click on red cross or alt+f4 maybe. So you need to wait that the masterserver idle kick you and as say TMarc wait few hours to retry
