Cant place an official Time on D05 and D10 (Error 12002)

I've been trying quite often and over several days now to place an official time on D05. But I can't.
TM2 says something about "can't connect to server" with an error code of 12002.
It looks to me like TM2 is running into a timeout or something with this long map and my slow DSL internet connection.
Same problem now with track D10 (It's also quite long).
Can I do something against it?
Any ideas?

How fast is your internet?
Try disabling any unnecessary traffic.

There was no other traffic just my Machine running TM2 - nothing else.
Speed is DSL1000 but I can only get a download speed of 376 kbit/s (47 kB/s) and an upload speed of 80 kbit/s (10 kB/s).
Probably it's really a timeout because of the slow upload speed
