I don't know when, but one day we may release pictures from the first proto, it is really different from TM2

it is very old menu design that we have not used.

maniaplanet will be mostly static and simple. I don't even think we will include bink in the environment. Maybe some animated stuff through picture move, but nothing is scheduled yet on this at the moment. We are simplifying to the maximum and would like to have minimal dependencies on external technologies.

No offence, but kinda glad you didn't use a design as that, looked very complex if you were to navigate in such a menu. of course it looks cool, but I'd rather have a simple one than that =)

in first TM, you can buy the blocks with coppers before being able to use them in the editor

and lot of peoples have buy too much loopings and other stuff so they haven't got any more coppers
