Download issue driving me crazy

I receive the following message when tring to download TM2 :

<The version of this file is not compatible with this vesion of window's. Check to see if you need 32 or 64 bit version, then contact sofware publisher.>


I am not a computer techie by any means. So please can someone help me out here.

I should also mention, TM2 was working just fine until I reformatted my PC and installed the 64 bit Windows 7. I was running 32 bit. This upgrade was done by a professional computer guy.

Also, I am trying to re dowload the game from maniaplanet using 100 planets. Grrrrrrr.

Hope someone has a clue or two for me.
