Post by dcal4 »

Here are a couple of Auto-Stereoscopic or Cross-Eyed 3D videos I made:

Having a blast with this game. It is my first TrackMania experience.

Thanks for watching,

Hello dcal4.

Crosseyed is ok for 30 seconds but also supporting 3D displays at the same time is better.
Youtube has a dedicated mode for 3D videos that you can enable using the tags associated with your video, you should use it.

While logged in to your youtube account, watch your video and modify the video information at the top.
Then you'll find a button to activate the 3D mode and tell youtube how you stored your video.

Since your video does not match this format perfectly, you can add the following tags to your videos to activate the Youtube 3D mode manually :
yt3d:enable=true (enables the 3D mode)
yt3d:aspect=16:9 or yt3d:aspect=4:3 or other (sets the aspect ratio : yt3d assumes the picture is horizontally squashed like 3DTVs side by side videos)
yt3d:swap=true (yt3d assumes the picture are parallel order, yours are cross-eyed order so you have to tell youtube to swap the left and right eye views)

use this as an example : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dYiM3T2rJh8
