Cant get the game - Support version

I just bought TM2 Canyon on monday, december 27, 2011.
I cant seem to get the download though, I need help.
I did enter the right stuff for the purchase, I used my email.
I use google chrome on windows 7 for misc.
I still didnt get the email for the key. How do I get my game?

I do think the bank was closed due to Christmas.
