Do yo have contacted Metaboli/GamesPlanet before buying a new key ? I told your friend this morning the cause of the refund and i don't think that you have cleared your situation with Metaboli so quickly (but i can be wrong).

As I said in my previous post - I would really like to contact them, but I don't know *how*. They don't seem to read the support email...

As I said in my previous post - I would really like to contact them, but I don't know *how*. They don't seem to read the support email...

I assure you they read the mails on support.maniaplanet.en@gamesplanet.com, the support could be a little longer due to the period but you should receive an answer

i have the same problem. My TMÂ² is a gift. I gained it in last friday and i was playing normally until yesterday. When i tried connect today, the game said that my key are invalid... What the problem?

If you're key has been deactivated by GamesPlanet, the person who paid the game (you or someone else) has been refunded

No, if the key has been deactivated it's because there was a problem with your purchase (a payment issue or that the purchase has been detected as a potential fraud issue). You have to contact the GamesPlanet Support to know the reason at support.maniaplanet.en@gamesplanet.com
