[TM2] Connection - Slow servers

I have started having problems today after 3 months of working fine. To start with i just kept getting cannot connect to master server no internet connection when there was. After a few restarts it finally worked however now when I try to connect to most game servers outside of my country it takes between 2-5 mins to actually load. Any server inside country is fine. There are a few servers outside of country with no problems but most outside of country are like this. My internet speed is not capped and downloads at 2mbps. Any suggestions as to what could be causing this I have not changed a thing since yesterday.

Can you seen if you have a problem with your ISP (Internet service provider)?

tried with a different computer in the house and it works fine forgot to mention that.

Have you the same firewall and antivirus on the 2 computer?

yeah the only thing i got is avast and the one that isn't working didn't even have that on at the time only just put it on to make sure no virus or anything interfering with connection
