Error 10061 - What's happen?

Hey guys.. Good night..

I think which my problem seems like a follish problem, but... Here we go...

I have two servers freezones totally reconfigured (FAST 3.2.2 with the first - and second with MMX TRUCK). However, some problems in both;

1) When I try to get on both servers with regard Nations (free), it simply does not open (it appears the error 10061). I can only get them by LAN mode.
I believe that other players can not enter the server just the same reason;

2) When I go with my United account on both servers, I type in chat ingame / PlugInManager. The window to load / enable plugins (Admin, proflie, PlugInManager, dedimania, menubar) appears, however, does not load the PlugInManager manialive (including this one appears to pluginBill they did not know existed). The strange thing is that the folder manialive, all plugins are there. What happens?

Recalling that the question of the message saying "Not The Freezone Server" does not appear (even though something is wrong) ...

I really wanted someone to help me understand this problem, because I redid the whole process of servers, including reinstalling manialive, Freezone plugin and its latest versions.

Recalling that the servers I manage on my own personal computer and every server is located on different drives in HD, each with its own separate folder php properly too, one in each partition of the HD.

What is wrong, please ... Somebody help me ... Do not wanna give up now that everything seems normal.
