Trackmania 2 purchased - cant download

Hi, I just purchased the TM2 game online and got the confirmation email and the links to use download manager (doesnt work just locks up) and the manual download links.

the first manual link doesnt work - the setup file and the second setup-1.bin file does download.

I also try to regsiter on the maniaplanet website and it just takes me back to the same page - looping around and never allowing me to register.

please can someone help
