I'm not sure if you are serious here, but be honest guys, this is just a NFS clone with an editor. If you look at the tracks they show in the video they look painful to say the least.

the advance editor was crazy, but the gameplay dont look much imo
trackmania canyon is the supirior of those 2 titles i may be wrong but i doubt that.....

That video made it look a bit boring but I still like games with editors.
I don't think that game will take anything away from Trackmania. Nothing really compares. Competition is good though, It makes people strive to do better. The team at Nadeo seem to produce games for 'The Love of the Games' not just to make huge profits. Nations is proof of that. That passion is what gives them the edge over other software developers.

I've never seen an add for TM in the U.S. I found it by doing a search once for driving games with a track editor. Had to order it through the mail too but when I got it I was hooked.

For me is not the Graphic or the gameplay that do the competition to Trackmania.
Trackmania is a great game but...
every race game with an editor and a dedicated server with no collision and 250 players online can destroy TM in this moment.
And the competitors didn't take advantage of this since 2 years.

The thing about it is it has the "Ridge Racer" brand name behind it, and many people are aware of the developers of the game, which is Bugbear Ent. The makers of the Flatout series. That alone is going raise awareness of the game. Not to mention it will be on Steam which will no doubt boost sales. I think Nadeo made a HUGE mistake not putting TM2 Canyon on Steam. Yeah yeah Mania Planet and all that jazz, but having it on Steam would really really made the game as active and popular as TM1. Hardly anyone I know is aware of what ManiaPlanet is.
