Maniacs best RoC server <3 (#ironieoff banned on server)

In the following text I'll explain whats happen on the Maniacs roc this 3 hours.

Firstly the end and the reason why i write the post, I was banned at 19:46 German Time. reasson I don't now.

At 17h the start no big problem. I found on one map a cut but that don't interresting the admins (wolf,cyber) they said "thats not interresting because then I don't have localrecords" (for me is that wayne that on one map a cut and only one guy have succesfull complete the cut.

I do not know whether this was before or after. Have written to me "nice picture", thats related to this post of me http://forum.maniaplanet.com/viewtopic. ... 54&start=5 they must only change 1 map and I say 4 ... One was wrong from me but thats wayne. Not interresting but I feel they will say to me (I can only write this in french because I don't no in english) : Ils voulaient me narguer parce que il avaient pour eux gagner et moi perdu et j'ai ressenti ca comme tu mobbing parce que ils me l'on dit plusieurs fois pendant RoC.

Some partners (2) of my team come on the server too. One of them had 86k the admins say to him please can you go out from the server ( but aggresif ) and that to he leave the server but they don't say that to the overs people.
At 19h is a other partner coming. He want only the say hello ^^ But after he go the others 2 were ignore from Maniacs>mossi (masteradmin too) for no reason during driving. I ask why they were ignore he say "The next one they say something will be kick" (my friends were unignore). After her sentence i write "the next command against us is your server away" (I know thats not the nicest behavior, but i know mostly the rules).

And at ~19:40 is Clan Leader of Maniacs coming again and the reaction isn't discrible ...

Hi everyone,

I was in the ManiaC's RoC all night (afternoon for euros). They were constantly telling people under 90k, that it is not fair for them to be in their server, and then proceeded to ask them to leave (quite violently). A member of DriftNation was asked 2 or 3 times.

I said this to Cerovan, but i'll say it again; "My understanding is that you can't ask people to leave your RoC if they are
in the limits of 80 - 100k. Because they have the right to be there, and race there?"

When willy asked me to take a screenshot, I had no idea what was going on, but I did. Here is that picture: http://199.36.223.152/tm/ScreenShot45.bmp.

After I took that screenshot, I said these exact words;

Then I was banned. For no reason what-so-ever. I didn't get a screenshot of this as it was 3:30am and I forgot (sorry).

Furious ( a member of DriftNation) was racing on this server all night aswell, after RoC time ran out he attempted to ask wolf (and other ManiaCs members) why I was banned, he got no response.

I find this downright rude that they are asking people to leave if they are under 90k, I don't think its in the spirit of the game, and I think its violating some rules in RoC. Everyone over 80k has the right to race there.

Willy may not want them to lose their RoC. But I think they need to, to learn a lesson.

I think Nadeo(Cerovan) should treat this very seriously. While TM2 ROC is relatively new. It will be here for quite some time as new enviros are released and the game expands. If they want smooth play with the minimum of issues in the future they should make it quite clear the hosting ROC servers is a privaledge and a responsibility, not a right or a power.
If ROC admins cant appreciate the bigger picture of the community, show fairness and unbias that is warrantted, or adhere exactly to the rules. They should have their ROC servers suspended or revoked. This will then also make it quite clear to other ROC admins that there will be no tolerance of breaking ROC rules etc.

This is 100% true.. I think Cerovan should take it very seriously.

Too bad it went wrong, i like coming on Maniac Roc Server, but it looks like we are not welcome.
- asking players to quit ...
- Harrassing people playing
- admin full of rights to stop the race @ 3.00 gmt to go to next map. (would you do it if you were 7 or 8th at this exact time?)
- admin full of rights to kick/ban like they want, i don't remember Dawid kickin' and harrassins people on Killer server (i was there 3 months). And god knows that sometimes it would be necesserary.

I will continue to come on your server ManiacS, i have some friends in your team... be sure you put admin pass in good hand.

Hope, WIlly and Sythy will get some excuses.

We hosting 6 Server on TM2 and we make a very good work every day.
Our Clan dieManiaCs play TM since 2006 and we respect every time the rules.
Those players (Willy and Sythy) have behaved badly.
Thats our Server and thats it not to accept.

They wrote the whole time in the chatt that the Map "MiniGucky" has a cut. And Maniac are Cheater!
This map is allowed from Nadeo (Cerovan) and its not a really cut.
This cut is possible only by the components published by NADEO (at Start).
But if you want, Cerovan, we can exchange the Map.

They have offended you, Cerovan, even personally (i don't want to write this word here in the forum)

We didn't kick any player because of their points (under 90K) never!
We asked friendly to make points over the week like all other players.
If not he can drive, we will not kick him.
Example: Exd Moten (86K) went voluntarily from the server and took a 2. Acc with over 90K, (Fair Player)

For the next Sunday we will lift the Ban.
However, they should not behave they are chucked out again.

we wish all players a lot succeed and have fun.

I never said that ManiaCs where cheaters, and why would I. I have no proof that you are. As for the cut map, I was stating that it has a cut. And I wasn't saying it the whole time, I said it twice.

No, you didn't kick any people. But asking people to leave is rude and not fair on plays under 90k. A RoC server is open for anyone within the limits of 80 - 100k, they are allowed to race there no questions asked. You are putting pressure on them to leave, even if you don't see it this way.


EDIT:

As for being banned, I still don't see a reason for it. All I did was take a screenshot, which I was asked to do, then suggest that it would be reported. I had no warning, no nothing. I think that is plain admin abuse, and if admins are abusive on a RoC why should they have it? Why not give it to a person who is willing, and very capable of handling this?
