-On mini gucky must be a cut fenzo or enzo can not drive a 53,7 with the normal way (record with normal way is 55,37 and can be go to a 55,2x but better is very hard) And for the cut a dont was sure that this cut right is but i say many time lock the record in dedimania well the replay is in her documents ...

We didn't kick any player because of their points (under 90K) never!
We asked friendly to make points over the week like all other players.
If not he can drive, we will not kick him.
Example: Exd Moten (86K) went voluntarily from the server and took a 2. Acc with over 90K, (Fair Player)

I don't understand why you state that he is a fair player? This is simply a whoring for points, but as this behaviour (people were aggressively mobbed from the servers to let high ranked players in and to gain more points this way) is already known from several TMU RoCs (in the years 2008-2010) I won't get offended by it. Dunno if it has changed during the last years but this problem was already there before i stopped playing RoC.

But the actions of Maniac>>Wolf are clearly an admin abuse (according to the facts provided by the screen shots).

I play trackmania since march 2008 and trackmania 2 canyon since closed beta 2 (4 august 2011)

You are putting pressure on these people, and bringing the feeling as if they are not wanted there.

I still don't know why I was banned? I'm taking it was just admin abuse?

why arent less than 90 k welcome to play on this servers ? its unfair and it dosnt matter i think
becouse if you are 90 k rank and a 70k comes in, what about it. ? If he win over you then its simple and easy telling you that he is better than you and deserv lb, right
you should need to struggle to keep the ranking, imo
if not 70k is welcome, its similar to boost your rank.
or am i wrong ? if all are better rank than me and i got last do i get lb. ?

and another thing if there is a cut they should go to next map and remove that track instant from server til it fixed, simple as that and not bann poeople for finding a cut. i agree cuts is bad but there is nothing called cuts really becouse trackmania is about to take all the cp and finish as fast as possible.

I agree with you here mate. 70k people are not allowed on the server, because there is a minimum limit to join the server which is 80k. But if someone who is 85k beats someone with 93k then they deserve it, and they deserve the rank more. By pressuring people to leave if under 90k, it is slightly rigging the RoC system.

Every players above 80K LP are authorized to play on RoC servers. Limits must be on 80-100K LP.

They are not allowed to ban people from servers (unless for legal reasons);

Ban players are not auhtorized (except for legal reasons, i.e : incitement to racial hatred, sexual content, etc.).

So this post proves that they have broken 2 rules of RoC.

I want to react also on this thing in my view:

Cutmaps should IMMEDIATLY be removed, this is very unfair. There is made a topic before last sunday & Maniacs didn't remove the maps, this should already be "punished", Furtherly "Ban" People isn't allowed AT ALL!

I can understand they ask people <90k LP to leave the server, but you can do this in a friendly way & if they really won't leave, then you've to let them play (even if it's unfriendly of <90k players, 'cause they've all week to play)

But that doesn't change this case, enough reasons to punish.
-Ban people
-Ignore people
-Kick people
-Wrong maps

Anyway, Don't understand me wrong Maniacs, this is just my point of view.

I can understand they ask people <90k LP to leave the server, but you can do this in a friendly way & if they really won't leave, then you've to let them play (even if it's unfriendly of <90k players, 'cause they've all week to play)

Another example is the Araroc Server from United, someone reported that someone was/were kicked because of his rank and so on, the server was closed (temporay) by a laddermod /-> The laddermod was kicked too anyway
