Perhaps you could turn down the quality if it is taking ridiculously long? Also try speaking in full sentences.

Let me convert those questions to how i think they should be....

How long does it take to render a video with the in-game video capture? its taking a very long time!

Question 2: Is there a faster way to record the video? i want to post the video on YouTube as soon as possible..... "Im tire or need to go to sleep soon"

1: Rendering depands on several factors.... what definition you are trying to record in i.e 320p 720p 1080p ect
It also depends on the spec's and capability of your PC The better the spec's the faster the rendering will be.

2: Fraps is away a good alternate way but im not sure how the quality is in the latest version, this is sometimes better because it screen captures and doesn't require rendering and decoding as the in game video capture does in game
Again its sometime better because it will give you several videos to work with and splice together for use in video editing software like Sony Vegas or other alternatives.

Well that's my opinion anyway.
