Lost Planets [Resolved]

Yes as the topic reads, I lost 80,000 planets that mysteriously vanished into a blackhole.

Here's what happened.

I decided to upgrade one of my Canyon servers to a 80k ladder (cost 40k planets)
It was 20-70k before, so I deleted the ladder server. All went well and I got credited 20k planets back into my account.

Next I selected 40-80k and added to the dedicated server, but nothing at all happened.
So I tried again, this time same thing, nothing happened.

So I decided to check my account to see if everything is fine, and alas 80,000 planets gone !! So 2x40k planets came off, but no ladder server.

I even went as far as deleting the server altogether, but the planets are still in a blackhole somewhere.

Really not sure what I did wrong

Thats really bad zootie, i have been racing on your servers since TMUF, so i doubt you could be at fault, losing so many planets is not a small matter.

Yeah thanks Dragonlord.

Just feeling really bad that I asked and received so many donations from many players and now I have to break all the promises, because I lost all those planets. Been awhile now since I reported it to Nadeo with no response, so I guess I will never see those planets again.
