Yeah, but even if you find out something like this, you can't assume that this person is cheating. It could simply be that he just happened to be there on vacations?
The only thing to confirm this, would be the linking of one account to one/multiple but limited amount of MAC addresses because if you have a limited amount of this, you won't be giving your data away so easy.

Yes, this are true things, but the "pro" has on this time still the same IP. If he make a vacation too, then is it really dificult to say if he cheatet or not.

Normal IP aaa.aaa.xxx.xxx (at home = "me")
Accsharing IP bbb.bbb.xxx.xxx (the "pro" = "pro")
Vacation IP ccc.ccc.xxx.xxx (on holydays = "me")

Vacation IP + accsharing IP => Accsharing IP = The person who let drive for others is still at home

I think if one player has 47 accs... you will see sooner or later the different on this other accs and the (false) recs of this.

In my school, we use Iserv, a tool where you only connect with your Mac-address. If this mac-address make trouble, you will lost your acsess on this server and you can't connect anymore

You'd be surprised, Alot of people do this with Betas even though they aren't suppose to.

Actually, that's probably 1 of the reasons such a small group of betatesters are in. To prevent leaking or at least keep it to a minimum.

about the accountsharing, don't think it'll be allowed, might even result in a ban if abused. (think accountsales etc)

I don't think there's much anything can be done about it.

I live in England most of the time but I've played in matches when I've been overseas in Switzerland and when I lived in Japan for 7 months too! It's very difficult to do anything about account sharing I think, other than hope there are honest players (I'm not naive enough to think that is true ).

I guess some kind of check whereby it looks to see if the IP changes numerous times over a week period or something could work, but still there would be honest players caught up in any checks.
